APRIL 2025: DIVIDEND INCOME AND EXPENSES

April 2025 DIVIDEND INCOME AND EXPENSES

Spring is finally here, so as my dividend income and expenses, I can now look forward to spending more time outside, tackling small projects around the property like starting a garden. But with all the rain we’ve had lately with more to come, I haven’t even had the chance to break ground.

On the bright side, the weather didn’t stop us from celebrating the wife’s birthday. Between bills and the unexpected car repair expenses, we had to keep it simple this year.

But the kids and I still managed to surprise her with a cake from one of her new favorite spots. And let me tell you, she was right. It was incredibly good.

We’re not even big fans of cakes, to be honest. Usually, we only get one on birthdays or grab a small dessert at a restaurant and call it a day. But this one? Definitely worth it.

Alright, now let’s go through the numbers.

Here’s a Look at My Expenses for April 2025

April has always been one of the heaviest months for me when it comes to bills and unexpected surprises. It’s like everything waits until the weather gets better just to gang up on me. I’m always aware of the usual bills; that’s not the problem. But the cars—OMG!

If it’s not one, it’s the other.
