APRIL 2024: DIVIDEND INCOME AND EXPENSES

Hey there, Spring! I’m wondering if anyone’s diving into spring cleaning yet. I’ve yet to tackle it, mostly because our garage is still packed with moving boxes waiting to be sorted. But on a brighter note, I treated myself to an electric dethatcher/sacrifier to spruce up my lawn. I can’t wait to see how these projects turn out!

Speaking of treats, my wife’s birthday was a highlight. We ventured to Caribe Spanish Restaurant, a gem of a Dominican spot nearby. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in the Capital District.
