Spring is officially here, but I’m still waiting for the weather to catch up. It’s still too cold, but hey, this is the Northeast. It shouldn’t be a surprise there! For the month of March, I challenged myself to stick to the essentials, stay consistent with exercise, and limit myself to two meals a day.
