If dividend investing is not the best passive income, then I don’t know what is. I look forward to every month to see how much more it will increase from the same period one year apart.

I’m not even close to my dividend goals, and I get excited to see how my portfolio is progressing.

My expenses for the month of August were pretty high compared to the past few months. I’m confident it will all stabilize once I can finally find a cozy place to go over my priorities. I’m not trying to come up with excuses, but without my home office, it could be hard for me to gather my thoughts.

Talking about my home office, I’m in the process of building one in the basement with the help of a friend who’s into construction. This explains why my home improvement spending for the last month was roughly $200. We plan to only use what’s needed and reduce any excess.

So far, everything has been on point, budget-wise.
